Manchester Festival of Nature schedule

Manchester Festival of Nature is Going Digital!

Last year, more than 7,000 people came out to join the Manchester Festival of Nature in Heaton Park – there was face painting, inspiring talks and a gigantic bee parade in the sunshine.

Following on from last year's success, the Manchester Festival of Nature is back, but with a twist – it’s now online!

Head over to the @MancNature Twitter page on Sunday 28th June from 11am till 5pm for a showcase of some of the exciting work organisations are undertaking across our region. The day itself will include live Q+As, free ecotherapy taster sessions (booking required), workshops and video screenings. We are also asking people to share their best insect-themed festival wear with us on the day by tagging the @MancNature page in any photos and using the hashtag #MFoN.

Book your Myplace ecotherapy taster sessions below. They will last around 20 minutes.

This year’s MFoN brings together exciting workshops from the North West’s environmental organisations including City of Trees, Action for Conservation, Manchester Museum, Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Manchester, Whitworth Art Gallery, Butterfly Conservation Lancashire, Greater Manchester Birding City Region, Cheshire Badger Conservation Programme, Manchester City Council and Greater Manchester Local Records Centre.
